Job Summary
A company is looking for a Radiology Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to client facilities regarding transmission issues and user errors
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats while documenting all actions and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with clients, radiologists, and corporate staff, ensuring patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 3 months related experience
- Good organizational skills
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type 50 words per minute or above, adjusted for errors
