Job Summary
A company is looking for an RCM Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients in Revenue Cycle Management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a great onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring timely feedback and thorough clearinghouse enrollment insights
- Assist with system setup, enrollments, and process training to ensure clients are onboarded efficiently
- Educate clients on best practices for EHR setup and RCM processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including knowledge of billing and practice management
- 2+ years experience in a client-facing role with a focus on client onboarding and relationship building
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare billing software and clearinghouses
