Re-Entry Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Re-Entry Representative to support former students in their transition back into educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and address student inquiries, issues, and concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Identify eligible students for re-entry and coordinate necessary paperwork and meetings
• Guide students through the appeal process and connect them with financial resources

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology
• 1+ years' experience in customer service or hospitality-related role preferred
• 2-4 years' experience in admissions, academic advising, or another student-facing role preferred
