A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator to join their Customer Experience & Closing Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
• Manage a real estate closing pipeline in collaboration with Closers and operational stakeholders
• Review purchase contracts and prepare necessary documents for closing

Required Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience in real estate transactions
• Title and escrow experience at a national scale
• Proficiency with workflow tools for phone and email management
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and multi-task effectively
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
