Real Estate Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee marketing policies and initiatives for their Real Estate brokerage and Title/Settlement business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategy for the brokerage
• Manage online marketing activities, including campaigns and content management
• Build and maintain brand recognition and consistency across all platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Five plus (5+) years of marketing experience, including content strategy development
• Two plus (2+) years of direct marketing experience for a real estate brokerage
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar performance monitoring tools preferred
