Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of real estate programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Oversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables while managing project performance and risks
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating collaboration
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate programs
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
- Certifications such as PMP, CCIM, or LEED AP are preferred
- Experience with global real estate portfolios and navigating international markets is preferred
