Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative to drive sales and build relationships in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partnerships with top-performing brokerages and coach agents on products to drive sales
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and inform future business opportunities
  • Execute cross-functional alignment of goals and facilitate contract negotiations with the internal executive team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Strong preference for experience in residential real estate
  • Proven ability to build meaningful relationships and trust through competency
  • Desire to work in a start-up environment and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Preferred intrinsic understanding of the real estate market and high-performing agents
