Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support talent acquisition efforts and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting databases
  • Prepare and send offer letters and assist with pre-employment processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years' experience in recruiting or Human Resources
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCims, Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
