Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for their Expansion HR Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment life cycle
  • Manage scheduling for interviews and assist with offer letters and background checks
  • Maintain data integrity in HR systems and support onboarding processes

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of recruitment or administrative support experience in IT
  • Previous experience with HR databases and automated recruiting tools
  • Experience using tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Experience in customer service communication
