Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for their Expansion HR Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment life cycle
- Manage scheduling for interviews and assist with offer letters and background checks
- Maintain data integrity in HR systems and support onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or administrative support experience in IT
- Previous experience with HR databases and automated recruiting tools
- Experience using tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Experience in customer service communication
