Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support Community Center Branch teams in engaging clients and delivering financial education
• Establish employer relationships and partner with branch teams to enhance workplace banking
• Collaborate with Retail Market Sales Leadership to drive client acquisition and growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Three years in a sales management role with proven ability to coach sales teams
• Three plus years of sales and business development experience with demonstrated results
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and banking regulations
• Experience in providing business development coaching support
