Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Specialist to develop and deliver a Recruitment Marketing Strategy for engineering and sales teams across North America and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute a regional organic social media strategy, leveraging data-driven insights
  • Conduct research to inform content strategy and design marketing campaigns for candidate attraction
  • Develop relationships with talent communities and implement strategies to engage potential candidates


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related industry experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Marketing for a technology company
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts and communications teams
  • Experience managing budgets for marketing activities and campaigns
