Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional to provide support in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts
  • Educate customers on plan updates and changes without making cold calls or sales
  • Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customers
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours
  • Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
  • Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
