Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Injury Triage Registered Nurse for their remote Occupational Health triage call center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls and document each call efficiently
  • Provide accurate assessments of symptoms using proprietary triage algorithms
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance policies and personal schedule

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
  • Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
  • Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
  • Private space in the home for patient privacy and access to high-speed internet
  • Willingness to work every other weekend and major U.S. holiday rotation
