Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee compliance programs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines impacting company operations
- Enhance and maintain compliance programs, conduct audits, and manage training initiatives
- Prepare regulatory reports and assist in investigations of compliance violations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the SaaS and Financial industry
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as GDPR and FCPA
- Proficiency in compliance management software and tools
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct
