Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate program level communication and ceremonies, including PI planning and Scrum of Scrums
• Work with Senior Product Owners to prioritize the program backlog and ensure alignment on feature value
• Manage risks and remove impediments within the ART to ensure successful delivery of value

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with using Agile in a business environment
• Advanced skills in Jira and Target Process
• Advanced skills in reporting and capacity planning
• Experience in coaching and leading Agile teams
• Understanding of risk and regulatory standards in a corporate environment
