Remote Associate Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Case Manager - remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient case activities by connecting with transplant centers and coordinating donor searches
• Ensure provider satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building with transplant centers
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation for case-related work

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Healthcare, science, or related field preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or science environment
• Basic understanding of patient case management techniques and customer service principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and multiple software applications
• Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation and work up to 6pm CT as needed
