Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Part Time Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls while documenting customer interactions
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow communication procedures

Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
  • Experience working with an automatic dialer
  • Proficient in typing and computer literacy
  • Must have a PC/Laptop with Windows 10 and a hard-wired high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated space free from distractions
