Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls while documenting customer interactions

- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow communication procedures
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Experience working with an automatic dialer
- Proficient in typing and computer literacy
- Must have a PC/Laptop with Windows 10 and a hard-wired high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated space free from distractions
