A company is looking for a Part-Time Client Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for internet leads through texting and calling
• Utilize scripts to gather key information from leads regarding their home buying preferences
• Follow up on unresponsive leads and strive to achieve goals related to conversation quality and conversion

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 100% accuracy
