Key Responsibilities
- 60 day balances
- Outreach to customers via phone, email, and letters
- Document all activities and prepare updates for leadership
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1+ year prior work experience required
- Prior billing collections experience strongly preferred
- Previous revenue cycle management experience preferred
- Must have high-speed internet connectivity and a dedicated workspace for remote work
