Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support/Help Desk representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming support calls from internal and external customers
- Utilize Service Desk tools to enter data into the tracking system and manage support issues
- Interact with Technical Support teams for escalation of support issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (HSD) required
- 1 - 3 years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience
- 1 - 3 years of call center support experience with excellent customer service
- 1 - 3 years of general IT support experience
- Open to newly IT graduates with little to no work experience
