Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support/Help Desk representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming support calls from internal and external customers
  • Utilize Service Desk tools to enter data into the tracking system and manage support issues
  • Interact with Technical Support teams for escalation of support issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (HSD) required
  • 1 - 3 years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience
  • 1 - 3 years of call center support experience with excellent customer service
  • 1 - 3 years of general IT support experience
  • Open to newly IT graduates with little to no work experience
