Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Patient Assistance Program
  • Make outbound calls to address questions and complete required program documentation
  • Utilize program training to resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality, retail, or pharmaceuticals
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
