Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to address questions and complete required program documentation
- Utilize program training to resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality, retail, or pharmaceuticals
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
