Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing monthly reports
- Overseeing hiring in the region and providing training/coaching to branch supervision
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all work efforts on the required forms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare A/R
- Excellent working knowledge of Patient Financial Services operations with specific focus on collections
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Advanced writing skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 – 7 years management experience in credit/collections
