Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote HEDIS Nurse LTSS.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and related assessments
• Perform provider medical record reviews for HEDIS measures
• Maintain HIPAA standards and participate in team meetings

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of residence
• Recent experience in Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
• Three plus years of HEDIS or medical record review experience
• Three plus years of healthcare or health plan industry experience
• Designated workplace and reliable hardwired high-speed internet access
