Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing service appointments and customer inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
- Organize documents, process customer payments, and assist in implementing dispatching software
Required Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling or dispatching
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
- Must have a designated quiet workspace and pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
