Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Representative I (Part Time) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels
• Consult with members to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Perform account maintenance and ensure confidentiality of member information

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of retail experience with a track record in meeting service and sales goals
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Genuine interest in helping members and strong interpersonal skills
