Remote Peer Group Facilitator
Job Summary
A cloud solutions distribution company is filling a position for a Remote Peer Group Facilitator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing content, supporting existing MSPs, and facilitating Peer Group Engagements
- Serving dual role of Subject Matter Expert and Moderator for courses as necessary
- Identifying MSP performance metrics to coach and manage against peer groups
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least five (5) years of MSP experience in a management role
- At least five (2) years of experience with peer group facilitation
- Ability to coach and provide expertise to MSPs
- Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and fast paced environment
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
