Remote Real Estate Data Analyst
Job Summary
A commercial property company is in need of a Remote Real Estate Data Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing quality review, produces project documentation and training guides for new product releases
- Performing strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources
- Creating output of data analysis results in user friendly formats that facilitates efficient decision-making
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years technical experience in scripting, data engineering and data visualization related work
- Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis, data modeling, reporting, relational database tools, data warehousing, database architecture, SQL and Python
