Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives in achieving sales goals and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed team sales goals and improve team performance through coaching and mentoring
- Manage sales processes and metrics using Salesforce CRM to optimize team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation and sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with 5+ years in merchant services sales
- Experience managing a sales team of 5+ Account Executives, including remote reps
- Strong understanding of various pricing models in the payments industry
- Proven success in hiring and expanding sales teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher
