Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Remote Services Specialist to provide technical support for service technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 global technical support to customers through various communication channels
- Utilize product knowledge and troubleshooting skills to assess product operation and make recommendations
- Educate and train customers through consultations, training programs, and field assistance
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Sales Representative or Field Clinical Representative/Specialist
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical experience with LATITUDE Consult and/or Heart Connect products
- Demonstrated record of strong technical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in understanding clinical product operations
