Job Summary
A company is looking for a Research Principal in Real World Evidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate the team on projects, ensuring quality deliverables and efficiency while mentoring junior staff
- Lead business development efforts and manage client relationships to ensure project execution and deliverable quality
- Stay updated on regulatory and industry guidelines, participating in scientific conferences and symposia
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree may be acceptable with significant experience
- 12-15 years of experience in Real World Evidence or health research, either in an academic or consulting environment
- Expertise in causal inference methods and developing external control arms for clinical trials
- Strong programming skills in R and thorough understanding of the biopharmaceutical R&D process
- Experience with large healthcare real-world databases and familiarity with AI/ML methods is a plus
