Residential Account Advocate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resident'l National Account Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with the Residential National Accounts team and customers to increase sales of products and services
- Provide inside sales support, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support
- Coordinate training, dealer performance reviews, and sales reporting
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with at least 2 years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong relationship-building, listening, and negotiating abilities
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Salesforce CRM, and SAP
