Restructuring Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Restructuring and Special Situations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of high-risk or distressed business accounts and develop recovery plans
• Conduct detailed financial analyses of clients' operations and assess their capacity to repay
• Negotiate restructuring agreements and coordinate with stakeholders for debt recovery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, corporate restructuring, or financial analysis
• A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTP) is a plus
• Strong understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks surrounding corporate restructuring
• Ability to leverage industry relationships to facilitate workout solutions
