Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile client escalations and manage sensitive client service issues
- Support project management and data analysis to drive adherence to standardized reporting processes
- Influence stakeholders by advocating for changes to service delivery and tracking implemented changes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in medical billing or US healthcare, or ability to quickly learn foundational concepts
- Strong desire to learn and embrace a problem-solving approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
