A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor to oversee Accounts Receivable teams and manage workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the revenue cycle process, including accounts receivables and denials management
• Review key performance metrics to identify trends and collaborate on action plans
• Address payment issues and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in revenue cycle management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and medical billing processes
• Preferred experience in radiology revenue cycle and billing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate skills in MS Word and Outlook
