Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Development team to drive growth in the Enterprise space
- Develop and implement revenue development strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of pipeline revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales or revenue development with management responsibilities
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performance sales teams
- Experience in selling software and SaaS products to B2B companies
- Strong knowledge of sales methodology and data analysis
- Understanding of the go-to-market process and marketing-to-sales handoffs
