Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive strategic growth and development for their Emerging and Mid Market sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sales execution excellence and identify opportunities to increase sales productivity across all business lines
• Generate sales forecasts and reports while operating as the subject matter expert for leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and enhance sales team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven recommendations
• Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment
