- Continuously optimize team processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or marketing operations with a strong understanding of demand generation
- Experience with agile methodologies, preferably in a project management or coaching role
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, particularly with Sales teams
- Data-driven mindset focused on tracking KPIs and improving processes
