Risk and Compliance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GRC Compliance & Risk Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the GRC team strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage the Risk & Compliance program for financial service products and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of controls, and provide ongoing monitoring of compliance programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical discipline or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience with technical compliance programs using frameworks like PCI DSS and SOC 2
• Experience in conducting IT & Cybersecurity compliance program readiness and gap analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects across functional teams and understand complex system architecture
