Job Summary
A company is looking for a Risk Specialist in Risk and Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support risk prevention activities and manage data for Risk Management Leadership
- Analyze event trends and claim data to support risk initiatives and objectives
- Assist with onboarding new Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians into the malpractice insurance program
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or comparable experience in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Risk Management, Quality, Operations, or Administration in a Healthcare or Insurance organization
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare, underwriting, or malpractice insurance is preferred
- CPHRM certification preferred within 3 years of hire
