Risk & Return Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Risk & Return Manager to lead strategic initiatives in risk and return expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and empower the 1st Line to drive risk and return while increasing accountability
- Develop a holistic view of risk and return, advising leadership on risk profiles and initiatives
- Serve as a trusted risk advisor and lead risk reviews, providing consulting on complex topics
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 7 or more years of experience in risk management (Preferred)
- Experience with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
- Ability to analyze risk data and identify trends and emerging risks
- Strong relationship-building skills with various functional areas
