RN Clinical Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Operations to oversee clinical operations and utilization management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily utilization management and direct medical care for members
- Monitor service level agreements and turnaround timeframes related to inventory management
- Support and lead a production-based team, including hiring and coaching Client Service Coordinators
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience with global workforce and clinical quality metrics
- 2-4 years of operations and utilization management experience in managed care or hospital settings
- 2-4 years of previous management experience or equivalent mentoring/leading experience
