RN Clinical Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Triage Nurse, RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient symptoms and provide appropriate medical advice during inbound sick calls
• Review clinical test results and summarize findings to assist providers
• Educate patients on health maintenance and coordinate care with the healthcare team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program as a Registered Nurse
• Current valid RN license, with the ability to obtain and maintain licensure in service states
• Satisfactory completion of required nursing continuing education
• Strong comprehension of medical terminology and pharmaceuticals
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
