RN Informatics Nurse Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Informatics Nurse Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates and monitors the analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of clinical informatics applications
- Develops and delivers training and educational resources for clinical staff to enhance competency in using clinical information systems
- Collaborates with various teams to develop curriculum and assess clinician competency in information systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Current RN License in the state of practice or covered by compact
- Master's degree in Nursing or Informatics
- 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Preferred certifications include ANCC Nursing Informatics or CPHIMS
- Preferred experience as a credentialed Epic Trainer or Analyst
