RN Supervisor - State Arbitration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor - State Arbitration to oversee and manage the staff involved in the IDRE program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and clinical oversight to the team of direct reports
• Ensure timely and accurate review and processing of dispute cases
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to resolve disputes

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Prior experience with clinical supervision or as a charge nurse preferred
• Experience in healthcare billing, coding, or dispute resolution is highly preferred
