Required Qualifications

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must reside in specific states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, or Virginia
