SaaS Partner Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal SaaS Partner Program Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for a Workforce Experience Platform in collaboration with managed services partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for the Workforce Experience Platform in collaboration with managed services partners
- Build and nurture relationships with key managed services providers to drive adoption of the platform
- Analyze market trends and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement of the platform and go-to-market approach
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development in the IT services or software industry
- Strong understanding of managed services operations and IT software solutions
- Experience in developing and executing partner-led go-to-market strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office suite
