Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to lead and support the Account Executive teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide strategic direction to a team of Account Executives
- Deliver coaching and monitor sales performance to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Conduct regular training sessions and assist with escalated customer care cases
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in handling high call volumes
- Previous experience in training and coaching sales agents
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process
- Energetic and positive attitude with a team-player mentality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar tools
