Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Sales teams and act as a liaison between various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to implement company goals and strategies
  • Assist Sales Managers and Consultants in completing projects and collecting data for sales teams
  • Communicate with customers to gather information and facilitate coordination between sales and other teams
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of various teams
  • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software
  • Full-time availability with a rotating shift schedule
