- Create and optimize new hire onboarding program to reduce ramp time to productivity
- Develop and execute programs to improve team performance metrics and drive improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of related experience in training and enablement
- Experience in B2B SaaS industry
- Proficiency with CRMs, LMS platforms, and eLearning software
- 2+ years of experience supporting or within a sales role
- Experience in people management or demonstrated ability to lead others
