A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of sales assessment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define customer needs using data and direct engagement
• Create a roadmap for the organizational and sales assessment portfolio

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, product management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management and/or development
• 3+ years of experience in global product strategy
• Experience with competency, sales performance, or organizational assessments preferred
• Proven track record in product creation, launch, and management
